Infopicture (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2005/005226/07) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we process personal information collected through www.infopicture.co.za.

2. What we collect
This website does not contain forms and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. When you email us at info [at] infopicture [dot] co [dot] za, we receive the personal information you choose to include, such as your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to prepare and manage a business relationship with you. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing purposes.
4. Service providers and cross-border transfer
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Both providers may store information outside South Africa. We rely on them because they are bound by agreements and laws that provide a level of protection substantially similar to POPIA, as required by section 72 of the Act.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law or contract.
6. Security
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to our mailbox is limited to authorised Infopicture staff.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to its processing. Send your request to info [at] infopicture [dot] co [dot] za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
8. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
